Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance.

Corryvreckan takes its name from the famous whirlpool that lies to the north of Islay, where only the bravest souls dare to venture. Swirling aromas and torrents of deep, peaty, peppery taste lurk beneath the surface of this beautifully balanced dram.

In 2009, Jim Murray's Whisky Bible named Ardbeg Uigeadail 'World Whisky of the Year' – in praise of its “utter silky brilliance' and “complexity on a level only a handful of distilleries in the world can even dream of reaching.' Ardbeg Uigeadail (pronounced 'Oog-a-dal') is a special vatting that marries Ardbeg's traditional deep, smoky notes with luscious, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks.

Bijzondere editie van Talisker ! Een volle mouterige zoete smaak met volle aanwezige kruiden en een zacht rokerige "touch",  wel een frisse indruk met stormachtig karakter met hints van rijp fruit en noten.

Met de vierde reguliere Machir Bay heeft Kilchoman naar eigen zeggen de kwaliteit bereikt die ze met hun standaardbotteling voor ogen hadden. Om die reden heeft deze editie voor het eerst geen aanduiding meer van de jaargang.

De distilleerderij Bruichladdich is de meest westelijk gelegen distilleerderij in Schotland. Rijdend langs de zeearm Loch Indaal kom je in het dorpje Bruichladdich, waar de gelijknamige distilleerderij staat. Bij helder weer kun je aan de overkant Bowmore zien liggen.

Talisker Port Ruighe is een heerlijke Single malt whisky met unieke finish op Ruby Port vaten met een alcohol percentage van 45,8%. Deze Malt is vernoemd naar het grootste dorp op het eiland Skye.

De Skye is de nieuwste whisky uit de distilleerderij van Talisker en de single malt is vernoemd naar het prachtige eiland waar de distilleerderij is gevestigd. Talisker is overigens ook de enige distilleerderij op het eiland.
