A highland single malt distilled september 2003 & bottled 2021, matured in bourbon cask  Cask no: 801285 17 Years old

Neus: Smeulend eikenhout, ingelegd gras met een parfum van turf. Smaak: “beschaafd” rokerig met boterkoek en wit fruit. Afdronk: lekker rokerig wat overgaat in zoet.

New make whisky made at the Mars Shinshu Distillery was transported all the way to the Mars tsunuki distillery in kagoshima for storage. Made with shinshu's distilling equipment and aged in the warmer region.

A Sweet and fruity nose teases indulgent notes of orange blossom, honeycomb, ripe bananas, rich toffee, caramel wafers, and butterscotch. On the palate there's Stroopwafel, sultana cake and orange peel, with darker things including sweet liquorice, cacao nibs, brambles, and charred twigs underneath.

Neus: Iets “stoffige” geuren (warehouse). Een combinatie van bloemen, kersen, bessen, eikenhout, sinaasappellikeur, pure chocolade en een snufje munt Smaak:  sinaasappel, het eikenhout , chocolade en vooral de witte kruiden de boventoon voeren.

A lowland single grain, distilled may 1991 & bottled 2021 matured in a bourbon cask. Cask no 29218 for over thirty long years.

Dit is een klassiek op bourbonvat gerijpte Ben Nevis, maar met een uitgesproken zomerse stijl. De spirit werd op 19 december 2012 gedistilleerd en in het vat afgevuld. Hij werd op 20 augustus gebotteld op een leeftijd van 8 jaar, maar we kunnen zeggen dat hij bijna 9 jaar oud is.

Alweer de derde botteling in de Whisky Trinity Exclusive! Deze Caol Ila is in 2011 gedistilleerd en in 2021 gebotteld door The Single Malts of Scotland. 700ml / 48% abv ------------------------------- Samen met onze collega's Van der Heijden en Verhaar vormen wij 'The Whisky Trinity Exclusive'.
