The Daily Dram Heaven Hill 11 years old 2009 is een 11 jaar oude Kentucky Straight Bourbon van de Heaven Hill distilleerderij gebotteld door de Nederlandse onafhankelijke bottelaar The Daily Dram (Bresser & Timmer).

This Single Malt was distilled on orkney in june 2005 The exact source remains a closely guarded secret bottled 2021 Matured in a bourbon cask for over 16 years old  Cask: 22

A lowland single grain, distilled may 1991 & bottled 2021 matured in a bourbon cask. Cask no 29218 for over thirty long years.

A highland single malt distilled september 2003 & bottled 2021, matured in bourbon cask  Cask no: 801285 17 Years old

Neus: Smeulend eikenhout, ingelegd gras met een parfum van turf. Smaak: “beschaafd” rokerig met boterkoek en wit fruit. Afdronk: lekker rokerig wat overgaat in zoet.

New make whisky made at the Mars Shinshu Distillery was transported all the way to the Mars tsunuki distillery in kagoshima for storage. Made with shinshu's distilling equipment and aged in the warmer region.
