Proefnotities Neus: zoete tonen van Oloroso, rode appel en kenmerkende Campbeltown aroma’s. Smaak: gebakken rode appel, rozijnen, anijs, kruidnagel, kaneel, romige vanille en karamel. Afdronk: intens lang, complex maar zeer in balans, met een vleugje zoute zeelucht en droge sherry tonen.

Deze single blended pot still distilled whisky is een blend van drie whisky's die allemaal gedistilleerd zijn in de pot stills van Zuidam Distillers. De eerste is onze single Malt whisky, de tweede is een tarwe whisky gedistilleerd uit tarwe en gemoute gerst, de derde is gedistilleerd uit onze 5 grain mashbill die bestaat uit rogge, maïs, tarwe, spelt en gemoute gerst.
