A Sweet and fruity nose teases indulgent notes of orange blossom, honeycomb, ripe bananas, rich toffee, caramel wafers, and butterscotch. On the palate there's Stroopwafel, sultana cake and orange peel, with darker things including sweet liquorice, cacao nibs, brambles, and charred twigs underneath.

Neus: Iets “stoffige” geuren (warehouse). Een combinatie van bloemen, kersen, bessen, eikenhout, sinaasappellikeur, pure chocolade en een snufje munt Smaak:  sinaasappel, het eikenhout , chocolade en vooral de witte kruiden de boventoon voeren.

On the nose, delicitiously rich and malty with fragrant vanilla and christmas cake. Toffee apple and coffee coming though with undertones of dense oak and buttery molasses.

On the nose, bananas with charred oak, pecan nuts and vanilla; a medley of tropical fruits with thick, creamy caramel notes and strong coffee.

Velvet Cap Irish Whiskey is a small batch blend of malt and grain whiskies sourced from some of Ireland’s finest distilleries. After blending, we rest the whiskey in a selection of bourbon, port and stouted rye casks to let the flavours marry.

Proefnotitie Compass Box Flaming Heart NEUS  Expressief en dynamisch. Overdriven rook, turf en schelpen. Sigarenwikkel. Gekonfijte gember en a heerlijke meatyness. MOND Olieachtige start in combinatie met zoete eik.

Exquise Champagne met een ragfijne mousse en overweldigende diepgang en finesse. Complex en puur in geur met nuances van oranjebloesem, ananas, mango, amandelgebak en witte bloemen. De smaak is krachtig, zijdezacht en uiterst geraffineerd tegelijk met een schitterende fraîcheur en mineraliteit.

Aangename geur, smaak van Kerstmis, chocolade, gedroogd fruit en citrus. Complex met een ronde en lange afdronk

Fraaie, bijzondere witte bourgogne met een fris aroma van sappig fruit en licht eikenhout. De evenwichtige smaak past uitstekend bij fijne vis, parelhoen of een romige kaas.
