The NV Pedro Ximénez Solera 1927 is non-vintage, but does have some 1927 material in it. This is totally dark brown/ amber with notes of figs, toffee, caramel syrup, molasses and coffee. It is dense, super sweet, intense, rich and an amazingly, unctuously textured, thick beverage to consume slowly and introspectively after a meal. Drink now through 2050, or even longer.
Een vrolijkmakende champagne met karakter. Licht bloemig en citrusachtig in de geur. Geconcentreerd met zachte appel, sappige peer en het notige van amandel en hazelnoot.

A pristine style focused on linden tree, white flowers, lemon pulp, tangerine zest and chalk, showing a somewhat austere profile on the nose. Light-bodied, it shines with fine, lingering bubbles.
Ingetogen wijn met fijne zuren en lekker sap. Boenwas, geel fruit, rijpe perzik en iets aards. Knisperend fris. Welke maand het ook is.

Septembre huisvest wat we zo'n beetje in witte bourgogne zoeken. Joyeus geel fruit, rijpe, zachte appel, wat meloen, een tikje exotique, het zwembandje room en de beschaafde zuren.
