In de Friese whisky stokerij Us Heit Distillery uit Bolsward wordt een bijzondere single malt whisky gestookt, genaamd Frysk Hynder. Ambachtelijk gedistilleerd met alle eigenschappen van het ras- echte Friese paard: krachtig, eigenzinnig en in een uiterlijk fraaie vorm gegoten.

nose: Full and fruity with soft notes of citrus fruit, honey and spices along with vanilla and oak. taste: Rich honey with spicy notes of vanilla, black pepper and oak.

Color: pale yellow. The fragrance: making a clear aroma of vine leaf and hints. Light oak flavor. The taste: fruity cognac with hints of pear and apple. The after-taste: not aggressive and a soft, long round aftertaste.

These older VSOP Cognac, has only matured in new oak barrels, then crossed on used or "Roux" barrels. 10 to 12 months Gold color, aromas of blossom, dried flowers and fruits.

De 20 Year Old Tawny Port is een blend gemaakt van een selectie reserves, oude gerijpte Portwijnen uit de 'Lodges' van Taylor’s in Porto. Taylor's selecteert diverse jaargangen en maakt hier de port van.

Taylor is een van de weinige overgebleven huizen die een 30 Year Old Aged Tawny Port produceren. Geselecteerde rode Ports geproduceerd in de gebieden in het oosten van de Douro-vallei zijn gerijpt in eiken vaten en  doorgewinterde in Taylor's kelders in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Het weer tijdens de oogst was zeer warm, als gevolg van de fermentatie temperaturen waren hoog en een extra inspanning nodig was om de fermentatie te verlengen. De hoge kwaliteit was duidelijk in de port wijnen vanaf het begin, met de intensiteit van de most, een goede integratie van de geest en krachtige, aantrekkelijke aroma's.
