Nikka from the Barrel begint stevig en kruidig en u zult tonen van eikenhout ontdekken, vervolgens gaat dit over in  aroma's van gekarameliseerd fruit. De afdronk is heerlijk lang, met aroma´s van rijpe vruchten, gecombineerd met zacht eiken en tonen van vanillen, ook zult u wat lichte rokerigheid ontdekken met wat cacao.

nose: Full and fruity with soft notes of citrus fruit, honey and spices along with vanilla and oak. taste: Rich honey with spicy notes of vanilla, black pepper and oak.

Color: pale yellow. The fragrance: making a clear aroma of vine leaf and hints. Light oak flavor. The taste: fruity cognac with hints of pear and apple. The after-taste: not aggressive and a soft, long round aftertaste.

These older VSOP Cognac, has only matured in new oak barrels, then crossed on used or "Roux" barrels. 10 to 12 months Gold color, aromas of blossom, dried flowers and fruits.
