SERGE VALENTIN (87) Colour: deep gold. Nose: flinty, earthy and gamey in profile. Lots of impressions of gun metal, toolbox rags, copper coins, natural tar and wee animalistic aspects.

Proefnotities Neus: zoete tonen van Oloroso, rode appel en kenmerkende Campbeltown aroma’s. Smaak: gebakken rode appel, rozijnen, anijs, kruidnagel, kaneel, romige vanille en karamel. Afdronk: intens lang, complex maar zeer in balans, met een vleugje zoute zeelucht en droge sherry tonen.

Heerlijk frisse mousserende wijn met vers, sappig fruit in de neus en een evenwichtige, zachte smaak met een milde mousse. Uitstekend aperitief, zowel in huiselijke sfeer als bij recepties.

Milde, mousserende rosé uit Italië met een zacht en fruitig aroma, gemaakt van corvina-, rondinella- en molinaradruiven. Uitstekend als aperitief, maar ook lekker bij kleine hapjes.
