Deze millésimé Champagne van rijzende ster Pascal Agrapart is absolute top. Gemaakt van 100% chardonnay van ruim 50 jaar oude stokken uit de beste wijngaarden van Avize. Met z’n houtrijping en maar liefst 5 jaar flesrijping een krachtige, complexe en mineralige champagne, met indrukwekkende lengte en jaren bewaarpotentieel.

Vat nr. 884 is een niet geturfde variant Neus: zacht, zoet oranje fruit met diepe vanillezaadjes,  waarna de zilte invloeden van de Schotse Westkust meer karakter toevoegen. Dennenbomen in het najaar met aardetonen en witte kruiden.

Originele, volle witte wijn met een subtiele geur van bloesem, appel, limoen, rook en toast. De smaak is droog, romig en hartig met rijp fruit en een opwekkende frisheid. Lange afdronk met nuances van amandel en limoenschil.

Elegante, rijkgeschakeerde rode wijn. De geur is enorm verfijnd met nuances van zwarte kers, rode bes, kreupelhout en specerijen (peper, laurier). Puur, finesserijk en tegelijk vol van smaak met frisse zuren, fijne tannines en een lange finale.
