Neus: gestoofd fruit met perentaart, Chanel nr. 5, ingelegd gras en net gezaagd eikenhout. Daaroverheen lichte turfrook voor verwarming. Smaak: ouderwetse fruitzuurtjes met appeltaart en geroosterde noten. Ook op de tong zit in alle hoekjes en gaatjes lichte turfinvloeden.

Neus: doordringende turfrook, gerookte haring en paling met zeezout en vers gemalen zwarte peper. Smaak: eerst de kruiden, waarna zilte tonen combineren met turf en lysol, maar ook diepe vanille en wit fruit.
