Neus: honing, Werther’s Echte, speculaas en een vleugje invloed van de zee. “Smoky Bacon” en steenkool. Smaak: chocolade ijs met aardbeiensaus, rijke granenbiscuit met dennenbomen in de regen. En turfrook in de zeewind.

This is BAS Armagnac Distilled back in 1994, and aged for 25 Years Cask No: AM1/20 (French Oak Barrique) 1 of only 376 bottles

Nose: quite a few classic markers, like leafy notes, green tobacco, hummus and plenty of roasted nuts. Some earthy notes and pumpernickel. Plain malt. Herbal tea. A specific style of sherry, fairly thin with hardly any fruits.

Neus: Iets “stoffige” geuren (warehouse). Een combinatie van bloemen, kersen, bessen, eikenhout, sinaasappellikeur, pure chocolade en een snufje munt Smaak:  sinaasappel, het eikenhout , chocolade en vooral de witte kruiden de boventoon voeren.

On the nose, delicitiously rich and malty with fragrant vanilla and christmas cake. Toffee apple and coffee coming though with undertones of dense oak and buttery molasses.

This Single Malt was distilled on orkney in june 2005 The exact source remains a closely guarded secret bottled 2021 Matured in a bourbon cask for over 16 years old  Cask: 22
