Neus: Een westerstorm aan de kust, ziltige turfrook. Licht gebakken/bbq (rook) worstjes.  Smaak: Zoete peper, tonen van zeewier met zeezout. Krachtige Turfrook zoals er slechts 1 kan zijn. Afdronk: Gerookt vlees en licht ziltig. 

Neus: Tuttifrutti, Slagroomtaart met zoete jam. Hints van bosbessen. Smaak: Zacht en heerlijk fruitig. Rijk aan ingelegd fruit en paars fruit. Vol en verwarmend. Afdronk: Vol, rijk en verwarmend. Hints van rijke dessertwijn.

Gristy: barley with golden runny honey and warmed. scottish porrdge oats Palate: Chewy with fresh red fruits, strawberry jam and creme anglaise Finish: Long and sweet with a key lime pie quality and moch a coffee.

Nose: Opens with fresh Pear, sweet and fallen green apples and sliced kiwi fruit. Palate: Strawberry marshmallows, honeycomb, warmed pecan pie and dried cranberries. Finish: Malted barley followed by american cream soda on the finish with a hint of mint.
