De Penderyn Legend is een bijzonder mooie whisky die een rijping op ex bourbon vaten en een narijping op madeira wijnvaten de deze whisky uniek maken. Door de speciale rijping heeft deze whisky veel zachte tonen van fris fruit die de whisky toegankelijk maken.  De Penderyn Welsh distilleerderij is gevestigd op de perfecte plek in het oude dorp van Penderyn.

Penderyn sherrywood is finished in Oloroso sherry casks rather than the standard release, which is finished in Madeira casks. The nose is sweet and of good body. Plenty of honey and cut herbs and barley sugar.
