The NV Pedro Ximénez Solera 1927 is non-vintage, but does have some 1927 material in it. This is totally dark brown/ amber with notes of figs, toffee, caramel syrup, molasses and coffee. It is dense, super sweet, intense, rich and an amazingly, unctuously textured, thick beverage to consume slowly and introspectively after a meal. Drink now through 2050, or even longer.
Een vrolijkmakende champagne met karakter. Licht bloemig en citrusachtig in de geur. Geconcentreerd met zachte appel, sappige peer en het notige van amandel en hazelnoot.

A pristine style focused on linden tree, white flowers, lemon pulp, tangerine zest and chalk, showing a somewhat austere profile on the nose. Light-bodied, it shines with fine, lingering bubbles.
Densely weighted, crisp and concentrated, the outstanding 2024 is loaded with potential, doubling down with remarkable length and elegant reserve on the sapid close.

A mealy and spiced ripe apple nose. A rich and unctuous palate with a note of nectarine and apple skin. Textured and with a lingering finish. Appealing and shows good restraint for the vintage.
Beautiful fruit on the nose. Wild-forest fruit, blackberry, coconut and spice. A juicy palate and a fresh ripe finish, lovely acidity and balance. Attractive and appealing.

Medium- to full-bodied, it’s supple and layered, with a fleshy core of fruit framed by fine-grained tannins and a vibrant spine of acidity.

A medium to full-bodied Côtes Du Rhône that has a broad, layered, elegant mouthfeel, fine tannins, and a great finish. It tastes more like a Châteauneuf du Pape than a Côtes Du Rhône.
