Nose: Smoked fish, bbq oils, burnt seaweed, charcoal. Palate: More Smoked fish with a brine oiliness. Finish: Lots of bbq notes with a smoked oak meal aftertaste. Cask: Sauternes

Neus: gedroogd fruit (rozijnen en krenten) opmerkt met daarna poedersuiker en gekarameliseerde toffee. Smaak: bijna kauwbaar met daarbij smaken als noten, zoethout, appel overgoten met chocoladesaus en zoete rode druiven.
