A highland single malt distilled september 2003 & bottled 2021, matured in bourbon cask  Cask no: 801285 17 Years old

Neus: Smeulend eikenhout, ingelegd gras met een parfum van turf. Smaak: “beschaafd” rokerig met boterkoek en wit fruit. Afdronk: lekker rokerig wat overgaat in zoet.

New make whisky made at the Mars Shinshu Distillery was transported all the way to the Mars tsunuki distillery in kagoshima for storage. Made with shinshu's distilling equipment and aged in the warmer region.

Neus: groots en meeslepend met gerookte bacon, zachte donkere kruiden met zilte en zoute invloeden. Smaak: de mond loopt over van zilte invloeden met daarbij eikenhout en rood fruit. Afdronk: rijk, lang en buitengewoon smaakvol.
