Cambus was geruime tijd een Graan Distilleerderij in eigendom van Diageo. Het stookte spirit uit en met grote kolom stills. Gebouwd in 1836, meedere malen stilgelegd vanwege verschillende oorzaken en uiteindelijk gesloten in 1993.

De Nc’nean Organic Single Malt Batch 5 is de vijfde Organic single malt release van de Nc’nean distilleerderij in de Westelijke Highlands. Een organische single malt van Schotse gerst gebotteld in een 100% gerecyclede fles.

Neus: Banaan met vers gemaaid gras en veel vanille zoete tonen. Smaak: Op de tong vechten citroen, vanille, zwarte peper, rozemarijn en speculaaskruiden om voorrang. Afdronk: zacht (vergeet niet wat water toe te voegen) en zoet.   

A Sweet and fruity nose teases indulgent notes of orange blossom, honeycomb, ripe bananas, rich toffee, caramel wafers, and butterscotch. On the palate there's Stroopwafel, sultana cake and orange peel, with darker things including sweet liquorice, cacao nibs, brambles, and charred twigs underneath.

Neus: Iets “stoffige” geuren (warehouse). Een combinatie van bloemen, kersen, bessen, eikenhout, sinaasappellikeur, pure chocolade en een snufje munt Smaak:  sinaasappel, het eikenhout , chocolade en vooral de witte kruiden de boventoon voeren.

A deep and brooding dram, with leather, toasted raisins and walnuts, smouldering campfire, clove studded ham and a touch of mocha. On the palate there's a pervading nuttiness - hazelnuts and chocolate covered brazil nuts - with christmas cake, sherry soaked cranberries, espresso and cask stave.

On the nose, delicitiously rich and malty with fragrant vanilla and christmas cake. Toffee apple and coffee coming though with undertones of dense oak and buttery molasses.

On the nose, bananas with charred oak, pecan nuts and vanilla; a medley of tropical fruits with thick, creamy caramel notes and strong coffee.
