Neus: zee, zilt, lysol, dettol, jodium, rook en turf. Fris met geel en rood fruit dat direct overgaat in zoete as, gemberkoek, eikenhout en dan de meer rokerige invloed. Smaak: Op de tong meer as en zilte invloeden, tot aan zout toe.

Neus: Droge as met een rokerige panne-cotta met kandij gember en vers gebakken brood. Smaak: Ook de smaken gaan van het graan op de moutvloer naar de met turf opgestookte kiln.

Smaak: Een zoete opening van de geuren met een complete fruitsalade, met melkchocolade, vers gebakken brood, warm eikenhout en een spoor van truffel. Smaak: Op de tong eerst zoeter met speculaaskruiden en zelfs wat kristalsuiker, waarna het eikenhout meer invloed krijgt.

Nose: Butterscotch sweetness, nutty with hints of praline chocolate Palate: Sherry to the fore with nutty, vanilla and glace fruits notes finish: lingering sherry notes
