Old Particular Ledaig 16YO Sherry Butt is een single malt, single cask whisky die speciaal is gebotteld voor de achtste editie van The Dutch Dram Masters. Deze whisky werd gedistilleerd in September 2016 in de beroemde Ledaig Distillery.

Nose: wonderfully redolent of the salty seas, mixed with honey and burnt raisins. Palete: early tobacco merges into peat and spices, bonded with malt and warm suger. Finish: Mocha flavour to the fore with sweet barley, and sweeter home-baking.

NOSE: Gentle peat smoke with a touch of tropical fruit developing to a mocha / allspice style PALATE: Wood spice alongside sweet oak and a cereal richness plus sea salt tangy lemon peel FINISH: Grilled citrus fruits linger with cracked black pepper, creamy toffee and peated Malt (CSL)

Neus: Fruitig, met diepe aroma’s van honing en chocolade. Smaak: Heerlijke pure chocolade, gember, honingmout, gestoofde pruimen. Afdronk: Vol, zacht en olieachtig.
