Aromas of green apple, toasted almonds and fresh pastry introduce the 2018 Bourgogne Tonnerre Les Boutots, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping wine that's succulent and precise. It exemplifies the advantages enjoyed by cold regions in warm years.
The Wine Advocate:
It was a pleasure to revisit the 2017 Bourgogne Tonnerre Les Boutots, a pretty wine that reveals a bouquet of fresh peach, white flowers and yellow orchard fruit that has acquired a delicately honeyed top note since I last tasted it. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, with tangy acids and a precise but open-knit, charming profile. While it is drinking well today, there's no hurry to consume it.
